After your payment is authorized and verified your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day.  You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.

Your order will be sent to the address that is on your Serendpty account or PayPal account.

Please make sure that this address is complete with a house number, street and postcode and that it is the correct delivery address.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Please note we do our best to provide you with quick and efficient service but sometimes delays can occur.

If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date please be patient, give it a few days and your order will be there before you know it.

You've given it a few days and the situation remains so just follow these steps:

STEP 1: Check the delivery address of the order.

STEP 2: Check that you have not been left a red card from mail through your letterbox stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.

STEP 3: Give us an email and we will do our best to solve the situation.

International buyers please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks, slow local delivery services or busy periods of the year i.e. Christmas, holiday etc.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Serendpty. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

 Note, on rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By placing an order at Serendpty, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Serendpty. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
