RETURN POLICY
NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
We hope you and your new purchase are very happy together. However, if it's not a match made in heaven, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.

ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR REFUND
You can place a new order if a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required, and return the original item(s) to us for a refund.

STEP 1: To return your unwanted item(s), please fill the returns note included on your package. Lost your returns note, print a new one.

STEP 2: Return your item(s) unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. We're unable to accept returns for underwear.

STEP 3: Pop the returns note and item(s) in a bag and post back to:

Oh, and don't forget to keep proof of postage or tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return. Customers outside EU must mark the shipping documents with “Returned Goods”.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Returns can take up to 21 working days to get back to us. You will receive an email to confirm we have processed your return.

Any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 2-10 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control)
The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility and the original shipping costs are not refundable.

Items with free delivery will be refunded at a discounted rate for the delivery costs incurred to send the item(s) to you.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment only.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
